Marine-Environment Challenges We Solve
Salt-spray & seawater exposure
Specify continuous immersion, splash-zone or sheltered use and the intended cleaning regime. Alloy selection and finishing should respond to that exposure, not only to a general marine-grade label.
Mechanical requirements under vibration & load
Provide loading and assembly requirements for the finished part. Review the material condition, geometry and acceptance requirements together.
Dimensional accuracy for deck assembly
Define the bores, threads, mating faces and mounting positions that require machining. Include drawing datums and any fit requirements.
Consistent serial-order quality
Keep drawing revisions, approved samples, appearance references and material requirements traceable across recurring orders.
Preferred Materials for Marine Cast Hardware
Start with 316-family stainless steel or an engineering-specified corrosion-resistant alloy. Duplex stainless steel and nickel-based alloys may be considered where the application requires them, but their exact grade, castability and supply scope need confirmation. Review nickel-alloy requirements.
Typical Marine Hardware Cast-Parts
- Deck cleats and chocks
- Yacht rail fittings
- Hinges, latches and fastener housings
- Ship-board brackets
- Small offshore fittings
These are enquiry categories. Explore the original marine hardware catalogue ↗ for current component listings.
Our In-House Value-Added Capabilities
CNC machining and surface processing can be coordinated with casting. Define polishing, passivation and dimensional inspection requirements in the RFQ; confirm the exact operation, method and responsibility before production.
Marine-Project Quality & Traceability
Agree the material specification, identification, sampling plan and required inspection records. A material certificate or class-related approval should only be promised when the required scope has been confirmed. General marine supply experience is not a universal offshore or vessel-class approval.
